Virtual School Day- Tuesday, January 26

The District has decided to proactively react to a weather event scheduled for this evening into tomorrow morning.  Based on the forecast report of heavy snowfall, Waterford Union High School will move to a virtual school day of instruction for all students on Tuesday, January 26th.

Students that are virtual today will remain home and virtual tomorrow.  Students that are in school today should continue to plan to be virtual tomorrow.  The bell schedule will remain the same, and teachers are expected to take attendance every period and report absences.  Co-curricular activities may continue Tuesday evening.  To participate in co-curricular, students must be present in virtual classes.

Again, Waterford Union High School will hold virtual school for all students tomorrow, Tuesday, regardless of snowfall.

Food Drive - January 25-February 5

Each year, WUHS recognizes the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a service project.  This year, a committee of students has chosen to continue our annual food drive to support the Racine County Food Bank. The RCFB serves as a "pantry of pantries" to our local food pantries, such as Love Inc.  Giving to the Racine County Food Bank impacts our Waterford families, providing essential items to those in most need.

The food drive will run from Monday, January 25th through Friday, February 5th. Students can bring non-perishable food items and common hygiene products (toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) to their 1st hour class. Pick N Save in Waterford also has $5 bags that are available for donations!
