Madrigal Dinner

The Madrigal Dinner is BACK!

Save for dates of December 11 and December 12

After not being able to host the Madrigal Dinner last year, Waterford Union High School will resume the tradition this year on December 11 and December 12. If you are new to the area, or have not participated in the past, the Madrigal Dinner is a 2.5 hour dinner theater show with a 9 course meal. You will be swept back to England in the 1500’s and join the feast as a community member who is invited to dine at Queen Elizabeth’s Castle! The event will take place in the old gymnasium. Entertainment will be provided by Waterford students throughout the night and the food will be prepared by the culinary students.

In order to host this successful event, we need volunteers! If you are interested in being part of the production, please reach out to Mr. Machan (dmachan@waterforduhs.k12.wi.us). Some of the areas that we are searching for volunteers include dishwashers, set builders, seamstress, dishwashers, backstage help, and clean up crew. Go to www.tinyurl.com/wuhscpa and click on the Madrigal Dinner to see where you might be able to help out.

TICKETS for the Dinner go on sale Sunday, November 7 at 4:00 pm in the Waterford Union High School Commons. Tickets are $45 each, and in past years have sold out in 60 minutes or less. You can find the form online so that you can fill it out and bring it to the sale. Any forms mailed in will be filled after the public sale, and only if there are any seats remaining.
